Blizzard Entertainment released the latest development notes for patch 10.2.7 for World of Warcraft brings new and thrilling content for its players. This update introduces several changes to improve the gaming experience.
WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria
This patch introduces an exciting feature, the WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria. In this limited-time event, players can create a new WoW Remix character and level up from 10 to 70 quickly. Players can explore the unique storylines of Mists of Pandaria, participate in raid dungeons, and earn exclusive mounts and loads of powerful loot.
Players can convert any unwanted items into Bronze, a currency for buying cosmetics and other items. After the WoW Remix Mists of Pandaria event ends, all the rewards, transmogs, and items players earn will automatically transfer to characters in Dragonflight and later, The War Within. So, nothing gets lost.
Heritage Armor
The next races to receive Heritage Armor are Troll and Draenei, following the Night Elves and Undead from the last patch. Like other races, unlocking the Heritage Armor likely involves completing a long requirement quest. However, these won’t be available for testing in the Public Test Realm (PTR). Only max-level player characters (without boosting) can get Heritage Armor.
Hunter Pet Stables
The Hunter Pet Stables have undergone a major upgrade for Azeroth’s hunters. The pet preview window is now bigger and provides more information about the pet, including a list of abilities. Players can favorite pets and add them to a separate group in the stable list.
The stable list is now searchable and sortable by name, specialization, abilities, and more. Players can release pets directly from the stable without having to summon them first. Specifically for the Beast Mastery specialization, the pet summoned by the Animal Companion talent has a dedicated slot next to the active pet list.
Premade Group Finder
The Premade Group Finder has undergone several changes. Now, a filter button allows players to narrow down results for specific dungeons, check if their queued role is available, see if their class isn’t already in the group, confirm if a Tank or Healer is participating in the group, view the minimum M+ rating for the leader, and check the dungeon difficulty.
The role icons on each listing now display class colors, enabling players to quickly understand the current group composition.
If groups no longer meet your filter criteria, they will appear with a red background. The listing tooltip now provides information about all group members, including their current specialization and this season’s M+ rating. A tooltip tutorial is now available to guide players in searching for a specific M+ key range for more accurate results.
Other User Interface & Accessibility Changes
You can now track recipes from the Crafting Orders window. The Auction House filters have a new option that only displays items from the current expansion, which will come in handy when The War Within launches. You can toggle the location of Dragonriding Races on the map filter. Mount tooltips now indicate the category of the mount: Ground, Aquatic, Flying, or Dragonriding.
Conclusion
With all these updates and more, Patch 10.2.7 is poised to revolutionize the game. The expected release date for Patch 10.2.7 is in late spring 2024.
