Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced a new feature on WhatsApp that allows users to share their screens during video calls.

Screen sharing will be very useful feature that can help users show their documents or photos on their screen to the person they are talking  to.

It can be used for personal or professional purposes, such as sharing memories, giving presentations, or collaborating on projects.

To use screen sharing, users need to start a video call with someone and  then tap or click the ‘Share’ icon. They can then choose between sharing a specific app or their entire screen .

The person on the other end will be able to see what they are sharing on  their screen. Users can also switch to landscape mode for a wider view  of the video call.

WhatsApp making its effort to compete with other video conferencing apps (screen sharing) like Google Meet and Zoom.

Users can update their app to get the latest version of WhatsApp, this feature is available on WhatsApp for mobile, desktop, and tablet  devices.
