Motorola announced its latest foldable smartphone, Razr 40 Ultra in China, featuring 6.9 Foldable FHD+ pOLED LTPO display with 144Hz refresh rate and a 3.6-inch 144Hz pOLED secondary display.
The Razr 40 Ultra comes with the same processor as the previous Razr model, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ chipset with Adreno 730 GPU
It has two (2) variants: 8GB+256GB UFS 3.1 storage and 12GB+512GB UFS 3.1 storage. Both use LPDDR5X RAM.
The device boasts dual rear camera: 12MP main camera with f/1.5 aperture, OIS, a 13MP ultra-wide autofocus camera, and a 32MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has 3800mAh battery with 33W TurboPower fast charging, and supports 5W wireless charging.
Other features: Side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Corning Gorilla Glass 7 protection on external display, IP52 rating, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB Type-C Audio, and Dolby Atmos support
Out of the box, it runs Android 13, and it supports dual SIM functionality with eSIM and a nano SIM.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra launched in China at 5699 yuan (Rs. 66,000*) for 8GB+256GB and 6499 yuan (Rs. 75,000*) for 12GB+512GB. Indian launch expected soon as Motorola India teases global release.
