Apple is reportedly working on its fourth iPhone SE, which will feature an OLED panel, a first for the affordable series.
The design of the new phone, as revealed by renders, will borrow from the iPhone 14’s body, but will have only a single camera on the back.
The front design of the iPhone SE 4 is expected to mirror that of the iPhone 14, while the back design will remain consistent with the 2022 SE variant.
Leaked renders hint at the iPhone SE 4 retaining a single rear camera, but it’s unclear whether Apple will keep the old 12 MP sensor or opt for an upgrade.
Earlier rumors suggested that the iPhone SE 4 would have an Action button. However, the CAD renders do not show an Action button or Mute switch next to the volume keys.
The 4th generation iPhone SE is expected to launch in 2025. However, industry insiders suggest that it might hit the market earlier than anticipated.
With the fourth iPhone SE, Apple seems to be reviving the concept of affordable iPhones, making advanced technology more accessible to a wider audience.
