The United nations organisation was established by the Charter of the United Nations and Statute of the International Court of Justice which was signed on 26th June 1945 by 50 countries representatives.
In 5 October 1945, Poland singed into UN which made to total of 51 Founding Members in 1945.
By Ratification of charter by 5 permanent member of security i e., United states of America, United Kingdom, Russia, China and France, the charter act came into force on 24th Oct 1945
