Name of Post: Junior Panchayat Secretary

Qualification: Degree

Age: 18-39
Note: Age Relaxation: SC/ST and BCs-5 Years, Ex-Service men-3 years, Physically Handicapped persons-10 Years, Telangana State Government Employees(Expect TSRTC, Corporations, Municipalities etc.)- 5 Years

Exam Fee:  Rs 800/-  SC/ST,BC ), PH & Ex-Service: Rs .400/-
Note:  B.C candidates under Creamy layer as to pay Rs.800/-

Total No of Post: 9355

Job Role/Description: Jr Panchayat Secretary shall perform/discharge duties assigned to Panchayat Secretary under Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 and also other duties and responsibilities entrusted by the Government of Telangana, Commissioner, PR&RE and District Collector

Salary of Junior Panchayat Secretary: Rs 15, 000/-

Last Date: Payment of Application Fee extended upto 14-09-2018(Midnight) and for Submission of applications upto 15-09-2018(Midnight)

Junior Panchayat Secretary Scheme of Examination

Exam pattern of Junior Panchayat Secretary will be of Objective Type Multiple Questions in Two Papers i e., Paper I and Paper II. Questions standard will of degree level and Question paper will be in Telugu, English and Urdu

Note:  Negative marks for wrong answering i e., one fourth (1/4) of the marks.

Selection Process of Junior Panchayat Secretary 2018

1. Appointment for Junior Panchayat Secretary 2018 will be on merit basis i.e., Total marks secured in written exam of Paper I and Paper II

2. Merit List will be prepared on marks obtained in Paper I and Paper II

3. Junior Panchayat Secretary vacancies are district specific. Appointment will be done according to district vacancies

4. Verification of Original documents will done for the merit candidates followed by appropriate Medical Examination

Service Condition Junior Panchayat Secretary 2018 and Pay scale of Jr Panchayat Secretary

1. Junior Panchayat Secretary 2018 vacancies are filled according to G.O.Ms.No.124 GAD (SPF-MC) Department. Dated:30-08-2018.

2. Monthly Stipend/Remuneration will be Rs 15000

3. Junior Panchayat Secretary has to work on remuneration basis for 3 years. Every year agreement will be renewed  based on performance

4. Regularization of Junior Panchayat Secretary will be done after completion of 3 years as Panchayat Secretary Grade-IV
