Eligibility conditions for State Bank of India PO Recruitment 2019

Essential Academic Qualifications State Bank of India Probationary Officer Recruitment 2019

Candidate must possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Age Limit for State Bank of India Probationary Officer Recruitment 2019

Min Age: 21 yrs

Max Age: 30 yrs

Note: Age relaxation as per Govt Rules.

Selection Process of State Bank of India Probationary Officer Recruitment 2019

The selection for State Bank of India Probationary Officers will be done through a 3 tiered process:

Phase – I: Preliminary Examination
Phase – II: Main Examination
Phase – III: Group Exercises & Interview

For Phase – I

Preliminary Examination is of Objective Test conducted online for 100 marks.  The test for SBI PO Recruitment 2019 consists of 3 Sections with separate timings for each section as follows:

For Phase-II: Main Examination

Main Examination for SBI PO 2019 consists of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks.
Note: Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests for SBI PO Mains 2019 will be online

i) Objective Test: The objective test consists of 4 Sections for 200 marks in 3 hours duration. The objective test of SBI PO 2019 will have separate timing for every section individual

ii) Descriptive Test: The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with two questions for 50 marks will be a Test of Letter Writing & Essay in English Language.

Note: Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Preliminary and Main Exam) 1/4th of marks assigned to that question.

For Phase – III: Candidates qualifying for Phase – III will having Group Exercises for 20 marks & Interview for 30 marks.
