OPPO has launched its latest mid-range 4G smartphone, the OPPO A78 4G in Indonesia, which boasts a Snapdragon 680 chipset, 8GB RAM, and a 5000mAh battery. Its 5G model, the OPPO A78 5G, was released in India earlier this year.
It features a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. It offers a 90Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, and its display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor with Adreno 610 GPU. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM + 8GB* virtual RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The OPPO A78 4G sports 50MP rear camera with 2MP portrait camera. It has 5000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charge and runs on Android 13 ColorOS 13.1 OS.

The OPPO A78 4G variant is available for purchase in Indonesia at a price of 3,599,000 Indonesian Rupiah (Rs. 19,470*). The company has yet to confirm its launch in other markets, including India.
