Live images of the Meizu 21 Note have surfaced online, revealing a device with three cameras, one of which boasts a 50 MP sensor. Its massive camera island resembles of Apple’s design. The device is expected to be available in at least two different colors, both featuring a similar wavy effect on the back.

The phone’s back is flat with subtle curves towards the edges and rounded corners. The matte surface features a distinctive flame design, seemingly emanating from the bottom of the phone.

According to reports, the Meizu 21 Note will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. This, coupled with a 5,500mAh battery supporting 66W wired fast charging.

The phone’s design includes a glass back and metal frames, adding to its premium feel. The front of the phone features a flat display with minimal bezels, providing an immersive viewing experience.

Under the leadership of CEO Shen Ziyu, Meizu is not just stopping at smartphones. The company has confirmed plans for the FlymeOS team to transition away from mobile devices and focus on the development of new AI terminal devices using globally available LLM (large language models) such as Open AI.

Meizu plans to launch a new mobile operating system designed for the AI era. They expect this system to work with cars like Polestar, Volvo, and Lotus. These cars are all part of the Geely portfolio, which also owns Meizu.
