Honor has officially launched its latest flagship device, the Honor X50i+, in China. The phone features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 108 MP dual rear camera, and a 4500 mAh battery with 35W wired and reverse wired charging support.
The Honor X50i+ is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 6080 chipset, which is a 6 nm octa-core processor with 5G connectivity. The phone comes with 12 GB of RAM and either 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage, without a microSD card slot. The phone runs on Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2, Honor’s custom user interface.
The highlight of the Honor X50i+ is its camera system, which consists of a 108 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 MP depth sensor. The phone can capture 1080p videos at 30 fps with the rear camera. The front-facing camera is an 8 MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, which can also record 1080p videos at 30 fps.
The Honor X50i+ has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, and a dual SIM slot. The phone does not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a radio, or NFC support. The phone has a sleek design with a 6.8 mm thickness and a 166 g weight. The phone is available in four colors: Black, Green, Blue, and Pink.
The Honor X50i+ is priced at about 210 EUR (₹18,500). The phone is expected to compete with other mid-range 5G phones in the Indian market, such as the OnePlus Nord 2, the Realme GT Neo, and the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G. The phone is available for purchase from Honor’s official website.
