New Traffic Fines and Rules: On 31 July 2019, Rajya Sabha passed The Motor Vehicles Amendment Bill 2019 which was introduced in Lok Sabha by the Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari on July 15, 2019. This bill is the amendment of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 which provided for road safety
