Admission to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Amrita University
Amrita University is a deemed university in Coimbatore, India. The NAAC-accredited A-grade, multi-campus, multi-disciplinary teaching and research university presently has six campuses and 16 constituent schools spread throughout the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka, with its headquarters in Ettimadai, Coimbatore.
Once all phases of AEEE 2021 are completed, admission and counselling will begin for all applicants. Phase 3 of AEEE 2021 will take place between 11 to 14 July 2021, exam will be done online test. Phase 3 examinations will be conducted on July 11 to 14, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Moreover, Amrita University will allow candidates who do not pass the phase 3 exams on July 16 to retake them.
Candidates who have not yet applied for AEEE 2021 phase 3 had a chance to apply only till July 5, 2021. Candidates who already applied for phase 2 may also apply for phase 3, however, the willingness submission process will begin on June 21 at 9:00 a.m. for them.
The AEEE 2021 Phase 3 test slot booking procedure will begin on July 7, 2021, and be available until July 9, 2021. Like all phases 1 and 2, mock examinations will be administered before the actual exam between July 8 and 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If a candidate appears in more than one phase of AEEE 2021, the candidate’s best score across all attempts would be used to prepare the AEEE 2021 merit list.
Seats will be allocated according to student’s score on their AEEE 2021. After the result, students must register for Amrita University’s B.Tech Centralised Seat Allotment process (CSAP). If any student has a good score/rank in PUEE Score / JEE Mains score / SAT Score / AEEE rank may participate in the Centralised Seat Allotment process.
A common counselling session will be held to allot seats to candidates for all B.Tech programmes offered at Amrita’s Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, and Chennai campuses. For every branch, there are about 60 seats at each of the campuses.
There is no minimum cutoff for admission to BTech programmes. Admission will be extended to candidates until all available seats on all university campuses are filled. The university will also give scholarship opportunities based on the student’s performance in either the JEE / SAT / PUEE / AEEE.
There are 207 different undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated-degree, dual-degree, and doctorate programmes available with Amrita University. According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), the university ranked 4th best university in India and 81st in the world in 2021, by Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings
