Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Response & Fire Services Department issued a notification for the recruitment of Home Guard (Fireman & Driver Operator) vacancies. Applications are invited through online mode from 28.01.2019 for the AP Home Guard recruitment 2019.

4) Age Limit for AP Home Guard Drivers Recruitment 2019

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 50 years

Note: Age Relaxation applicable as per the Govt Rules.

5) Qualification for AP HG Drivers Recruitment 2019

The candidate should pass 7th class or equivalent examination recognized by the State Government.

6) Physical Standards for AP Home Guard Drivers Recruitment 2019

The candidates should meet the following requirements:

(a) Height: Must not be less than 160 Cms.

(b) Candidate Should be Physically and Medically fit.

Note: Applicants must be Local candidates of the Unit Area/Neighbour Area.

7) Application Process of AP Home Guard Drivers Recruitment 2019

a) Applications are invited through online mode from 28.01.2019 for the AP Home Guard recruitment 2019.

b) The Demand Draft(DD) payment of Rs.25/- in favour of Administrative Officer, drawn on Vijayawada, Office of the Director General State Disaster Response & Fire Services, A.P., Vijayawada from 28-01-2019 to 18-02-2019

c) Upload the Copy of the Demand Draft(DD) along with requisite Certificates in the online portal, and submit the original D.D. at the time of Selection (Checkout online portal link below)

d) The candidates must upload the following documents as shown below:

1) Educational Qualifications Certificates

2) Date of Birth Certificate

3) Nativity Certificate

4) Caste Certificate

5) H.M.V. Driver License (Min 2 years experience)

6) Aadhar Card

7) Experience Certificate in Fire Fighting and Rescue Operations

8) Passport size photo

8) Selection Process of AP Home Guard Drivers Recruitment 2019

The Selection Process of AP Home Guard Recruitment 2019 as follows:

a) Basic Skill Test on Fire Fighting and Rescue Operations for Home Guard (Fireman) for 50 marks will be conducted on 01-03-2019

The candidate should qualify in min 03 tests with 15 qualifying marks.

Basic Skill Test(50 Marks)

i) Water Tender Drill for 10 Marks.

ii) Fire Extinguishers Operations for 10 Marks.

iii) Knots and Lines for 10 Marks.

iv) Rescue with One or Two personnel for 10 Marks.

v) Identification of Fire Fighting Equipment and their Use for 10 marks.

b) Driving Test will be conducted to Home Guard (Driver Operator) on 06-03-2019.

Note: Candidate must possess current and clean Heavy Motor Vehicle License and must have been valid experience for a minimum period of 2 Years (only for Home Guard Driver).
