Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has unveiled its latest smartwatch– Redmi Watch 3 Active, in India today. As a successor to the previously released Redmi Watch 3, the new smartwatch brings more features, including Bluetooth calling and health tracking features.
Redmi Watch 3 Active come with 1.83-inch rectangular LCD display, boasting a resolution of 240×280 pixels and a brightness of up to 450 nits. It has a 33% larger screen size compared to its predecessor, which allows for a more immersive and customizable experience with over 200 watch face options.
Sporting a metallic design, the smartwatch’s body is made of plastic with an NCVM coating, providing a premium feel. It features a single button on the side for easy navigation and support over 100 sports modes, including 10 professional sport modes. Users can sync their fitness data with popular apps like the Mi Fitness App, Strava, and Apple Health App.
Watch 3 Active has Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, with built-in microphone and loudspeaker allow users to answer or reject calls directly from the smartwatch.
For Health tracking, it offers 24×7 health monitoring, including heart rate monitoring, SpO2 (blood oxygen) tracking, sleep tracking, stress monitoring, and even period cycle monitoring for female users.
The Redmi Watch 3 Active has a 289mAh battery, which promises up to an impressive 12 days of battery life with typical use and up to 8 days on heavy usage.

The Redmi Watch 3 Active is priced at Rs. 2,999 ($36) for White and Black options, and Rs. 3,098 ($37) for Olive Green (limited period). Early sale starts on mi.com and Xiaomi retail stores from August 3rd, 12 noon.
